Sandy Jadeja Sandy Jadeja is the Chief Technical Analyst for City Index a leading provider for Spread Betting, CFD’s and Foreign Exchange. Dr. Tilak K. Doshi Dr. Tilak K. Doshi is an industry expert with over 15 years of international work experience in leading oil and gas companies. Among his prior executive management positions, Dr. Doshi was appointed by Dubai Multi Commodities Centre as Executive Director for Energy in 2005 to implement infrastructure and product development for the Dubai oil, gas and petrochemical sectors. Prior to joining DMCC, he worked as Specialist for Saudi Aramco in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia in the crude oil sales and marketing and corporate planning departments. Previously, he has held senior positions as Director of Industry Analysis at the Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), Los Angeles; Chief Energy Economist, Unocal Corporation, Los Angeles and Singapore; Head of Research, Louis Dreyfus Energy Asia, Singapore; and Consultant at Arthur D. Little Inc., Singapore. Before joining the private sector, Dr. Doshi was Head of the Energy Project at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies, and an associate of the FACTS consulting group. Dr. Doshi is the author of the first book to be published on the Singapore oil industry (Houston of Asia: The Singapore Petroleum Industry, ISEAS, 1989.) He received his Ph.D. Economics from the University of Hawaii on a scholarship provided by the East-West Center, Honolulu. He was granted the 1984 Robert S. McNamara Research Fellow award by World Bank, Washington, D.C., and he received a Distinction for MA in Economics by Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. |

Frederic Hervouet Frederic Hervouet joined BNP Paribas Investment Bank division in 2007, as Managing Director responsible for the Commodity Investor Derivatives Business in Asia. He is, since September 2008, co-Global Head of Commodity Investors Derivatives and he is based in Singapore. In March 2009, Fred took the responsibility of the Asian platform for Commodity Business including Corporate Hedging solutions (Liability). The Asset team focuses on providing access to commodity investment solutions. Its range of proprietary products starts from quantitative based strategies (e.g. CMRI, DCI BNP Paribas Enhanced, Alpha Curve, Oscillator, Millenium) to actively managed products (Different partnerships with Commodity hedge Funds, e.g. BNP Paribas COMAC with Tiberius Group, BNP Paribas Armajaro Agriculture Long Short Fund). The Liability team focuses on providing hedging solutions to Corporate clients across Asia by providing Market Making services (OTC) on Energy Complex including Coal and Carbon Emissions, Metals and Softs. Born in France, he started his career in 1996 trading FX and interest rate swaps at Bank Indosuez. He then joined Barep Asset Management, hedge fund arm of Société Générale and was based 2 years in Singapore, heading the South-East Asian Markets. Fred returned to Paris in 1999 to head the European Markets distribution for Barep Asset management when the hedge fund firm grew up to EUR5.5 Billion AUM with various strategies ranging from Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) strategies to Long short Equity. In 2001, Fred participated in the launch of Systeia C.M., the hedge fund investment arm of Credit Agricole Group in Paris as a partner, with up to USD1.4 Billion AUM including CTA, Arbitrage strategies, Cat Bonds and weather derivatives. End of 2005, Fred was appointed in Lausanne, Switzerland and London, as Global head of sales at Diapason Commodities Management, Commodity Asset Management firm launched in 2004 by Mr. Jim Rogers. He is a graduate from University Paris Dauphine in Paris, France from a Master on Mathematics and Finance and a DESS203, equivalent MBA, on Commodity Markets, and Corporate Finance. |

Iain Sharp Iain is an international trade & commodities lawyer with a particular focus on dispute resolution. He has conducted several major arbitrations in London, Scandinavia, Continental Europe, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and South Korea under institutional rules (including DIFC-LCIA, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA and SIAC), ad-hoc arbitrations (UNCITRAL), and under trade association rules including London Metal Exchange (LME) and Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA). He regularly advises commodity traders, mining and resource companies, charterers, in-house counsel, and insurance and contract managers on non-contentious aspects of international trade, including contracts, general trading terms and conditions, charter parties, risk management, trade finance and letters of credit. Iain relocated to Singapore in February 2010 from London. He was resident in Hong Kong from 1999-2003. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Young International Arbitration Group (with the LCIA), Groupe ASA des Jeunes Praticiens de l'Arbitrage (part of the Association Suisse de l’Arbitrage), and Australasian Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA). |

Dan Smith As Head of Corporate Development Dan Smith is responsible for global regulatory strategy and partnerships. He has become a subject expert on the impact of pending European and US regulation on trading systems and is a frequent commentator in the press and at international conferences on the topic. Dan joined Trayport in 2003 and has held several key management and strategic roles. During that time he has developed a deeper knowledge of exchange traded and OTC energy and related markets focussed on European Power and Gas. Prior to joining Trayport Dan held a number of senior technology roles including 8 years with GE managing the development of large scale supervisory control and data acquisition systems for electric utilities and transportation companies. Dan holds an MS in Computer Architecture from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of Florida. |
